Welcome to our cross cultural cosmos!

Years of working abroad and with international associates have contributed the philosophy, principles and spirit of Cross Cultural Cosmos. As the international business market has evolved, so have we.

To want to learn about another country’s traditions, culture, and character one must have a fundamental interest and curiosity about the world at large – from each country’s literature, art, cuisine, and language to its geography, religion, history, and politics. Such knowledge broadens our minds, makes us better world citizens, and more interesting people.. By understanding another country's culture, we preserve its national character and our world's diversity.

We stand by you in this mission.

Current intercultural, management, and executive coaching practices are not only insufficient by they no longer address the complex, dynamic, unpredictable, and chaotic nature of the new business and social environment. Intercultural awareness offers you the opportunity to apply an open-ended operational dynamic to understand the constant transformation of global business practices by focusing on new foundatins in cultural-biology and neurobiology by integrating a wide range of trans-disciplinary and multiple perspectives. Such an awareness equips you to deliver higher level products and new approaches to your business clients, contractors, or even within your own organization.

- building foundations for personal understanding of the unpredictable business environment and of individual enrichment
- styles of communication
- cultural business dimensions
- dealing with culture shock

East-West-North-South. Regional unity, accessible travel, electronic communication, technological innovations, migrating populations, appear to have leveled the business playing field to a great degree and increased the opportunities of working in and with other countries. The speed with which international events take place, and their repercussions around the world, is increasing rapidly, leaving no time for thought, contemplation, or correct strategy.
However, it takes people to close a deal – each representing an organization with its own cultural background and business and communication methods influenced by their history, language, religion, and social culture. This could be a one-time deal, or if handled well, the beginning of a very productive long-term repetitive business relationship.

Cross-cultural training is an integral part of management and leadership training – already clearly understood in western Europe, the UK, and the USA. Greece, because of its geographical position and the rapid expansion of its domestic business industry and throughout the region, has the greatest need for training in cross-cultural business protocol awareness. We are surrounded by the Balkans, the Middle East, and North African regions – each with its distinct national character and culture.

“Soft skills” is a term associated with a person’s personality traits, social graces, communication, language, personal habits, friendliness, and optimism that characterize relationships with other people. Soft skills balance hard skills, which are the technical requirements of a job. A person's soft skills are an important part of his/her contribution to the success of their organization and are increasingly sought out by head-hunters are HR agencies, in addition to standard qualifications. In today's international business arena, cross cultural business awareness is an important part of these skills.
